We want our customers to shop easily and securely, to achieve this, we have conditions of sale in our web shop. Strands must approve returns and / or complaints before they are sent back to us. In case of a return you need to fill out a form with a return number, which you can obtain from Strands. Actual shipping cost will be added to bulky / heavy goods.

Unclaimed packages will be charged with 450, – (incl. VAT) to cover our handling fees.
Packages must be picked up at the Post’s delivery points located in 14 days.
For packages up to 35 kg there is an additional unit fee charged with the handling fee.
This fee includes shipping, notification fee and handling fee. No additional costs (in Sweden) if not stated on the article page or the payment option you choose entails additional costs. We charge actual shipping cost for some items. The actual shipping cost is added on later, and this cost is added to the total purchase price.
For large orders we announced change in delivery costs before the order is sent.
When choosing to pay by invoice, you will undergo a normal credit review. If the credit review does not give us a satisfactory result, your order will be converted to prepay , and you will then be sent an invoice to prepay.
We have no minimum order limit.
Normal delivery time for items in stock is 2-3 working days. (In Sweden)
If an item is out, it will end up on back orders and delivered at a later date. The backordered items will be removed from your order and you only pay for what is delivered. You can cancel an order without charge if it is delayed. This is done by contacting us.
In general we leave a one-year warranty unless it says otherwise on the article page.
If an item is to be returned, Strands shall be contacted at email@example.com and You will then receive a return number and a return form which must be filled out correctly and sent along with the return back to us with the consignment-note from us. The warranty applies from date of purchase. Strands do not under any circumstances accept picking up packages sent elsewhere than directly to the return address.

All guarantees relate to normal use. Life expectancy of a xenon lamp is 2-3000 hours, the equivalent to more than five years in normal use (20000 km/ year).

Strands will do its utmost to assist the police in the investigation. We use IP tracking to save everything in a registry if problems should arise, this register is cleared when everything is completed.
